A&S Machinery maintains applicable data security standards to protect payment information provided by cardholders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss and title for heavy machinery parts transfer from us to you upon delivery of the order to the designated carrier, and you assume all shipping and transit risks thereafter.
