Track your industrial parts and shipment status

Thank you for your business. You can easily stay updated on your order fulfillment and global logistics status through the methods below.

How to track your order:

1. Log in to your corporate account (Recommended):

Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the website.
Navigate to "My Orders" within your client dashboard.
Locate the specific order you wish to track and click "View Details" or "Track Shipment".
View detailed fulfillment status, commercial invoice milestones, and global freight carrier tracking information.

2. Quick track by order number and email (No login required):

On the "Order Tracking" page, enter your order reference number found in your order confirmation or commercial invoice (e.g., AS20260910XXX).
Enter the registered corporate email address associated with the purchase.
Click "Track" to view real-time logistics updates and shipping status.

Order Status Description:

Confirmed: Your payment has been successfully verified, and your order is entering the processing queue.
Processing: Our industrial warehouse and technical team are carefully inspecting, testing, and packaging your heavy machinery components.
Dispatched: Your shipment has been picked up by our global logistics carrier or freight forwarder. You will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's international tracking system for detailed transit updates.
In Transit: Your cargo is currently in transit via international air, ocean, or overland freight.
Delivered: Your shipment has been successfully delivered and signed for. Please inspect the industrial parts promptly upon arrival.
Ready for Dispatch: Your bulk order or custom-machined components have passed final quality inspection and are staged for global dispatch.
