Service Description: Handled by our partnered global logistics carriers and freight forwarders. Professional logistics tracking will be provided upon dispatch.

Availability: Available for urgent replacement parts and major international destinations (subject to airline and cargo flight capacities).
Delivery Lead Time: Priority processing and expedited air shipping for urgent order requirements (orders processed before 4:00 PM on working days).
Freight Charges: Calculated based on priority air cargo rates and volumetric weight.

Process: For local corporate clients or designated freight forwarders, orders can be picked up directly from our authorized industrial logistics hubs. Prior appointment with our logistics team is required.
Time & Documentation: Orders are staged upon confirmation. Please present your official commercial order reference and authorization credentials upon arrival at the warehouse.

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard transit conditions. A&S Machinery is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, port congestion, or custom clearance inspections.
Upon receiving heavy machinery shipments, please conduct an immediate external inspection of the packaging and crates. Any visible cargo damage or discrepancies must be documented and reported to our support team within 7 business days.
