An accumulator charging relief valve is a component used to regulate the pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the accumulator. It is designed to maintain the correct pressure level during the charging process. It consists of a spring-loaded piston that is held closed by the hydraulic pressure from the pump. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the piston compresses the spring and opens a port, allowing the excess fluid to flow out of the system.
