KVX Wear Bar, Straight, 6000 x 80 x 25, 94kg. Still using 500HBW materials for wear resistance but 300~400HBW bars for impact liners? No need anymore! Thanks to a unique heat treatment process and special steel properties, KVX is able to harden its steel to a high Brinell (HBW) rating, while still enabling it to withstand high impact conditions without cracking. KVX wear bars are used as welded wear protection on buckets, in dump truck bodies, and in a broad range of other applications on mobile and stationary plant where wear and impact protection is required. KVX Wear Bars are fully through-hardened, typically >500HBW, with some ranging to ~550 HBW .
