A Control Lever is a part used in a Diesel Engine's Fuel Injection System to control the speed of the engine. The Governor is a device that regulates the speed of the engine by controlling the amount of fuel that is injected into the Engine. A Control Lever is typically located on the Fuel Injection Pump and is connected to the Governor via a linkage or rod. When the engine is running, the governor adjusts the position of the control lever, which in turn adjusts the amount of fuel that is delivered to the engine.
Attributes:
? Allows for adjustment of governor settings within a desired range.
? Minimize operator fatigue and improve control precision
? Handle high pressure without deforming or breaking.
Applications:
A Control Lever is used in the Governor to allow for different engine speeds or to adjust for wear in the Fuel Injection, mostly used in Cat 1160, 1160, 3160, 3160, 3208, 3406, 3406B, 3406B, 3406C, 3406C, 3406E and D333C, 3306 Engine (Piston), 225, 225B, 225D, 229 and 231D Excavators, 227 Tree Harvester, 3208 and 3406C Generator Set, 613, 613B and 613C Wheel Tractor Scrapers, 613, 613B and 613C Scraper, AH40, AH46, AH52, AH46, AH60, AM30, AM36, AM40, AM40, V1100 CTH, V160, V180, V160B, V180B, V200B, V160HF, V180HF, V200HF, V225HF, V165C, V180C, V200C, V165C, V200C, V200, V200, V225, V200B, V225B, V200C, V225C, V225C, V250C, V250, V300, V250B, V300B, V250B, V300B, V330B, V265C, V300C, V330C, V550, V620, V700, V800, V900CH, V925 and V925LH Lift Truck, CB-434, CB-614, PR-1000, PR-1000C and PS-500 Paving Equipment, D4L Track Type Tractor, TR13 and TR35 Powertrain.
