A Flywheel Starter Ring Gear is part of an engine's flywheel that is used to engage the starter motor and start the engine. It is typically a toothed ring having 136 Teeth that is mounted on the outer edge of the flywheel and meshes with the starter motor's pinion gear. It allows the starter motor to engage the engine and turn it over. When the ignition key is turned, the starter motor engages the Flywheel Starter Ring Gear, which in turn rotates the engine's crankshaft and starts the combustion process.
