Description: Cat drawn cup needle bearings are designed to carry large loads, accommodate high rotational speeds while providing smooth operation. The case hardened outer shell serves as the outer bearing raceway and the formed lip provides mechanical retention of the needle rollers, lubricant retention and protection against foreign material and contaminants. Non-separable unit for ease of handling and installation.Application:Drawn cup needle roller bearings are designed to allow larger shaft diameters on which the bearings operate directly. They are most commonly used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway. Typical applications for drawn cup needle roller bearings are general gearbox shaft supports, gear pumps and pilot bearings.
