The Hydraulic Pulverize Pivot Pin is a robust cylindrical pin with high strength. The pin is inserted into designated bores or holes on the pulverized frame and connects the movable jaws, enabling movement and control. It is fitted with retaining mechanisms, such as washers and retaining clips, to ensure the pin remains securely in place during operation.

? Induction hardened to achieve a surface hardness of 50 - 55 in Rockwell C to reduce frictional wear
? Direct hardened to achieve a hardness of 23 - 30 in Rockwell for better strength
? Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability and reliability
Applications:
The Hydraulic Pulverize Pin is used to provide secure positioning and support to the jaw used in the Pulverize. This Pin is mostly used in Cat P218 and P318 Work Tools.
