It is typically made of durable steel and is designed to fit the bearings in the Torque Converter housing and to support the idler gear and allows it to rotate freely within the torque converter, ensuring proper alignment.
Attributes:

? Nitride hardened to provide a surface that is highly resistant to wear, abrasion, and fatigue.
? Withstands high torque loads and rotational speeds experienced during operation.
? Provided with grooves to fit with ring retainers.
Applications:
An Idler Gear Shaft is used to support the Pump Idler Gear and the Idler Gear in the Torque Converter to rotate, mostly used in CAT 3512B, 3512C, C27, and C32 Power Systems, CX48, CX48-P230, TH48, TH48E70, TH53-E60 and TH55-E70B Powertrain (Power modules, Trans, Tc), SPF343, SPF343C and SPF743 Pumper, Cement(Truck).
