The Linkage Headed Pin is used for aligning the Hydraulic Cylinder, Shell, and Hydraulic Rotator in a Grapple unit. The Pin is designed with threaded blind holes to fit corresponding fasteners to provide rigid support to Pin, thus restricting the movement of the Grapple components.
Attributes:
? Designed with Blind Holes on both ends to fit fasteners of sizes M24
? Direct hardened to achieve a hardness of 30-37 in Rockwell C for optimum strength and toughness
? Induction hardened to achieve a minimum surface hardness of 54 in Rockwell C for better wear resistance
Applications:
The Linkage Headed Pin ensures the safe positioning of the components used in the Grapple. This Pin is mostly used in Cat G345 Work Tools.
