Cat Data Link to J1939 converter kit is for gensets upgrading from EMCP 2 or EMCP 2+ to EMCP 4.2 or EMCP 4.2B controllers. The converter can be utilized to allow the genset engine ECM to communicate with the upgraded controller. This converter is plug-and-play, requiring no configuration and is pre-flashed with software.
