A?Cone Roller Bearing, often referred to as Rolling-Element Bearing or Cone Bearing, is made to support a load while reducing friction, just like Ball Bearings. It is designed to transmit loads using cylinder rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts of the Bearing.
?
Attributes:
?? Provided linear contact areas with outer rings to distribute loads on the larger surface area.
?? Designed to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
?? Provide high radial stiffness.
?? Designed to operate in high-temperature environments.
?
Applications:
A Cone Roller Bearing is used to prevent direct metal-to-metal contact between two elements that are in relative motion. This prevents friction, heat generation, and ultimately, the wear and tear of parts. It also reduces energy consumption as sliding motion is replaced with low-friction rolling, mostly used in Cat 735C, 740, 740C, 745, and 745C Articulated Truck, 735C, 745, and 745C OEM Applications.
