An O-Ring Seal Retainer Ring is used in Fuel Injection Pumps to secure and maintain the position of O-Rings that provide Sealing between different sections of the Pump. The O-Ring is placed in the grooves, and the retainer ring is then pressed over it, applying pressure to keep them in place.
