An Exhaust Manifold Band Clamp is a mechanical fastener specifically designed where the exhaust manifold connects to the exhaust downpipe. The clamp consists of a metal band or strap that is wrapped around the flanges and tightened with fasteners by applying clamping force around the components to provide a tight connection.
Attributes:
? Coated with molybdenum disulfide lubricant to reduce friction and wear between the parts.
? Silver-plated locknuts are used to ensure that the clamps remain securely tightened.
? Provided with a torque value of 17 Nm to achieve a secure and tight seal without damaging the clamped parts.
