A Radiator Core is a component of an engine's cooling unit that is designed to dissipate heat from the coolant. The Core consists of a network of cooling tubes arranged in rows. These are connected to the engine block and allow hot coolant to flow through them, while the Core is surrounded by a series of fins that helps to increase the surface area of the Core, which in turn helps to improve heat transfer.
Attributes:
? Internal volume of the radiator core is 5.98 liters.
? Air fin type of the radiator core is a square wave.
? E-coating and UV protectant coating provide a layer of protection against corrosion.
Applications:
A Radiator Core acts as a heat exchanger, transferring heat from the engine coolant to the surrounding air, mostly used in Cat 777B, 777C, 777D, 777F, and 797F Trucks.
