The exhaust bypass solenoid valve is designed to control the flow of exhaust gases in the exhaust system. It is found in high-performance vehicles or vehicles equipped with an adjustable exhaust system. The valve operates through an electrically controlled solenoid mechanism. When activated, it opens or closes a bypass passage in the exhaust system, allowing the gases to either flow through the regular exhaust path or divert through an alternate route.
