The fuel cooler core assembly is used to cool down the temperature of the fuel as it circulates through the engine system. The assembly consists of a series of small tubes that are designed to carry the fuel while being surrounded by a cooling medium engine coolant. The tubes are arranged in a way that maximizes the surface area in contact with the cooling medium.
