The Radiator Core is the central part of the radiator that serves as the main heat exchanger for the cooling system. It is typically made up of a series of thin-walled tubes that run horizontally between two end tanks. The core is designed to maximize the surface area available for heat exchange between the coolant and the surrounding air. The tubes in the core are usually made of materials with high thermal conductivity. The tubes are typically joined to the end tanks using solder or brazing techniques to create a tight seal that prevents coolant from leaking out.
