The wastegate tee elbow pipe is a component used in turbocharged engine systems to redirect exhaust gases and control the operation of the wastegate. It is to divert a portion of the exhaust gases away from the turbine wheel of the turbocharger and into the wastegate. The wastegate is a valve that controls the boost pressure by allowing some exhaust gases to bypass the turbine, limiting the speed and power output of the turbocharger. It features a T-shaped elbow configuration with ports for the exhaust gases to flow through.
