A terminal blade is a type of electrical connector that is designed to be inserted into a female connector, which is mounted on a circuit board or other electrical device. On one side of the terminals is a metal cradle that resembles a blade, into which stripped wires are inserted. It connects wires to the bulb socket or to the wiring harness that connects the various lighting components, and they are used in open ROPS to connect wires to sensors and other monitoring devices that are used to detect tilt and other potential rollover hazards.
