A water outlet sleeve, also known as a water outlet adapter is a component used in automobile engines to regulate the flow of coolant from the engine block to the radiator. It contains a coolant temperature sensor, which sends signals to the engine control module to adjust the engine's fuel delivery and ignition timing based on the engine's operating temperature.
