A Washer is a component of the Angling Cylinder that helps to attach the assembly of the Rod to the Cylinder Housing. A Washer is a thin, flat, circular piece of metal or plastic with a hole in the center that is used to distribute the load of a fastener, such as a bolt or a screw. A Washer can also be used as a spacer to adjust the distance between two objects or surfaces.
Attributes:
Prevents the bolt head and nut from damaging the surfaces of the two fastened parts.
Provide a larger surface area to spread the load and prevent damage to the surface.
Protect against damage by distributing the load uniformly and reducing the tension on the fastener.
Provided with Rockwell Hardness C35 - 45 with having wear resistance.
Applications:
A Washer is used in the Angling Cylinder to fill the gap between the fasteners, mostly used in Cat 30/30, D3C, D4H, D5M, D5N Track Type Tractor, 4P Bulldozer, 517, and D4H Skidder, 914G and IT12 Wheel Loader.
