The Reman oil cooler core for a rear axle is a vital component in the cooling system of the rear axle. The oil cooler core consists of a network of small, parallel tubes or channels. These tubes are arranged in a compact, flat, or finned design to maximize the surface area available for heat dissipation. The core is integrated into the rear axle's oil circulation system. It receives the heated axle oil, which enters the core through inlet ports. As the heated oil passes through the tubes, the heat is transferred from the oil to the metal walls of the tubes. The large surface area of the core, often enhanced by fins or other heat-dissipating features, promotes efficient heat transfer. This process helps lower the temperature of the oil before it is returned to the rear axle.
