A Taperlock Stud is a fastener made of steel that is designed to securely join two components together. It consists of a threaded rod or stud with a tapered end and a corresponding tapered hole in the mating component. It has a wedge-like shape of the taper to create a tight, self-locking connection, enabling components to be securely fastened together.
